We are looking for an experienced and qualified Service Technician who is looking to take the next step in their career as a full-time Small Ag. Supervisor at our Mildura Dealership. The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Scheduling of all internal, retail and warranty bookings.
- Monitor technicians overtime and start/finish times.
- Approval of all internal work orders prior to work commencing. Overseeing delivery management in the CRM ensuring delivery date confirmation and quality control.
- Review machinery prior to its release to ensure all work has been completed to an acceptable standard.
- Approval of repair order invoicing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Following up and providing updates to the customer during and upon completion.

To be successful you will need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
- Fully qualified Diesel Mechanic trade qualification preferred.
- Ability to lead others.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Strong customer service focus and work ethic.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Forklift licence preferred.
