We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill a full-time permanent position as an Administration Officer in our Service Department at our Echuca Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment. Full training will be provided.
The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Repair Order creation and closure.
- Process customer invoices.
- Process warranties (including shortage claims and damages).
- Answering telephone enquiries and greeting customers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ensure office area is kept neat and tidy at all times.
- Maintain tracking of staff movements in and out of the workshop.
- Attend to filing.
- Management of staff attendance sheets and processing timecards for the workshop.
- Data entry as required.
- Provide assistance to Service Manager as required.
- Perform any other clerical and administrative duties as required.
To be successful you will need
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently.
- Strong customer service focus and work ethic.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- Well presented.

- Previous experience in a similar role
