We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a Business Support Officer at our Shepparton Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.
The Role
We are looking for a highly engaging team member who naturally excels in customer experience. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:- Provide professional, positive and friendly interactions with customers visiting our site.
- Proactively hosting and helping with customer enquiries.
- Answer all incoming calls and directing them in supportive manner to the appropriate team member.
- Attend to accounts payable and receivables.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various departments within the Branch.
- Manage correspondence including emails, letters and other communications.
- Assist with customer accounts management.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
