We currently have a part-time permanent position available for an Administration Officer in our Service Department at our Shepparton Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment. Full training will be provided.
The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
• Repair Order creation and closure.
• Process customer invoices.
• Process warranties (including shortage claims and damages).
• Answering telephone enquiries and greeting customers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ensure office area is kept neat and tidy at all times.
• Maintain tracking of staff movements in and out of the workshop.
• Attend to filing.
• Management of staff attendance sheets and processing timecards for the workshop.
• Data entry as required.
• Provide assistance to Service Manager as required.
• Perform any other clerical and administrative duties as required.
To be successful you will need
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently.
• Strong customer service focus and work ethic.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sound computer skills.
• Well presented.
Preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role
